Warranty Information
The Komfort Heat warming product is warranted for five years. The warranty covers the electronic controller, the cords, and the mattress pad itself. The warranty does not cover abuse, accident, damage resulting from failure to follow instructions, or to modifications to the unit not carried out by the manufacturer. Defective mattress pads must be returned to Komfort Heat via insured mail. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If you have not filled in the Warranty Card, please fill it in and either mail it or fax it immediately. Send all returns or questions to:

I just wanted to say that I received my heated mattress cover from my in-laws for Christmas. At first look, I thought, “What are they thinking??” I am 48 years old, and I have a hard time sleeping at night because of the “night sweats”. How do they expect me to lay on a “heating pad”!! No way was I about to try this.
They told me it had dual controls, and I would not have to turn mine on. Thank goodness for that. So, my husband, who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, LOVES this thing. I hadn’t tried it for 3 nights. Then one morning, my leg found it’s way to his side of the bed, and the warmth I felt compared to my side, was actually welcoming. I decided to slide over to his side. mmmmm…how warm.
His control was set to 6. I decided to try it that night. I set mine to 4, not to be “sweated out” of my bed. I was happily surprised by the warmth I felt all over. I really thought it would be like sleeping on a heating pad, but it was just a nice “warmth” that I felt from head to toe. It is nothing like a “heated blanket”, that lets the heat rise and off of your body. This radiates a nice “warm” feeling.
Now, in the mornings when my husband has left for work, and my leg finds it’s way over to his side, after it’s turned off, I feel the “cold” sheets, and scram back to my “warm” side. I LOVE the dual controls, and that it turns off automatically after so many hours. It’s the perfect gift, and thank my in-laws all the time!
